I was disappointed with the musty smell in the room that was unbearable. Additionally, the bathroom reeked of sewage, making it difficult to use in comfort.

Stunning views and comfortable big rooms! The hot water was fantastic, especially on chilly nights. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to attractions!

Just had an awesome stay at Parador Margarita! The rooms are huge and comfy, with great views and cute verandas. Plus, the courtyard vibe is perfect for relaxing. A bit of noise from neighbors, but it didn’t ruin my time!

Just a nice choice for a weekend escape in San Cristobal de las Casas with definitely value for money. The staff was super friendly and helped us find a great local restaurant that was off the tourist path. Make sure to check the breakfast options, they offer additional items if you want more than the basic selection.

we had a fantastic stay at parador margarita. the location was perfect, just a stones throw from the historic center but not on the busy street. the staff's recommendations for dining and tours were spot on, and the comfortable beds made our nights restful.

The garden courtyard was a perfect spot to relax. Breakfast was healthy and well presented. The staff were super helpful, making my stay feel very personalized.

Great stay with friends! We explored the nearby markets and took a trip to see the stunning waterfalls. The location is perfect, just blocks from the main square. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff was helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was decent but ordering extra works too.

One downside was the Wi-Fi. it didn't connect well in our room, which made it tricky to share photos during our stay.
